Higher education is not a right. Even if it was a right, how is a person in this Country entitled to something that is a privelage? Every State in this Country should adopt a similar law.
In some States, not only are these illegal aliens allowed to go to college, they are given preferential treatment and breaks on tuition. The free K thru 12 education these people, who are in our Country illegaly, are getting is a contributing factor in our illegal immigration crisis. It also contributes to the budget crisis in many States. When schools have to add teachers just for illegal alien children it is expensive, especially when you consider many illegals don't pay the taxes that support our schools.
Maybe if every American child who wants to attend college is able to go, we could consider letting the children of criminals attend...
