Wikileaks...

If you are around here much, you have probably noticed that I haven't said anything about the Wikileaks thing going on. I have to tell you, I have very mixed feeling about the whole thing.

On the one hand, the private who released all of the information to wikileaks should be tried for treason and the head guy in charge of wikileaks, julian assange should be tried for espionage.

But on the other hand, if our government acted in an ethical and responsible manner, there wouldn't be much to leak.

The most embarrasing things that were leaked came from the govenments inability to treat our allies, and our enemies, in a respectful manner. Anything you would be afraid to say to someone in a public venue probably shouldn't be said in private either, and it damn sure shouldn't be put in writing.

Now our government is running all over the world, looking like assholes, doing damage control.

Do you think this very painful and expensive lesson will teach our government how to act like adults? You know, I really doubt it...
